My dad %26 I are looking for our HVAC provider - Andy Florczak. His address is on Grace Street in Chicago. His mother's name is Anna. In addition to being a great HVAC man he was always a good friend of our family. We tried calling him last Christmas and his mom asnwered the phone saying he was sick. We called him again this christmas and didn't get an answer at all. I know he has a son but I don't recall his name.He has always been a good friend of our family. Is he related to you?

die Großeltern meiner Mutter sind Marianna Florczak und Piotr (Peter) Kraus. Beide sind aus Rosenburg/Galizien. Woher die Familie Florczak kommt, weiß ich nicht. Wir wissen nur, dass der Bruder von Marianna, Carl Florczak, in Górki/Polen geboren ist und später mit seinem Sohn nach Amerika ausgewandert ist. Carl war verheiratet mit Katharina Herold (Rosenberg/Galizien).

Our Ancestors on Same Ship
Hello;
I was Googling my great-grandmother, Joinina Wroblewska, and I started researching the ship she came on - the Barbarossa in 1911. She came over when she was 4 years old, with her mother (my great-great grandmother) Helena. I think our ancestors traveled on the same voyage!
Just wanted to drop by and say hello. It's amazing how life works.
